At Bavelgo, we offer two types of fees depending on whether you are a business or an individual seller.

Business Sellers: If you’re a registered business, the monthly fee is £29.99. This fee covers all the services and support we provide to help businesses manage and optimize their sales on our platform.

Individual Sellers: If you’re not a registered business, you can sell as an individual seller with a £0.50 per product listing fee. This fee only applies if you’re not registered as a business, allowing you to start selling with minimal investment.

In addition to these fees, a standard transaction fee will be applied for each sale made on the platform to cover Bavelgo’s operational costs.

Sales Fee on Bavelgo

When selling on Bavelgo, a 12% commission is applied to the total sale value.

Variable Commission: The commission fee may vary depending on the product category and sales volume. For example, some categories have a commission rate of 8%, while others may reach up to 12%. The higher your sales volume, the lower the fees, allowing you to increase your profit margins.

This helps us maintain the platform and provide you with the necessary tools and resources to grow your business.

 

Bavelgo processes payments to sellers on the 1st or 2nd of each month. Payments will include earnings from your sales in the previous month.

Important: Payments may be temporarily held if there are any product returns or disputes related to your sales. The money will be released once the issues are resolved and the returns are processed according to our policies.

This process helps ensure a fair environment for both sellers and buyers.

At Bavelgo, we understand that returns are part of the sales process. That’s why we have clear policies in place to ensure both the seller and the buyer are protected.

Sellers must accept returns within the period specified by our policies. The customer has the right to return a product within that period if they are not satisfied with their purchase.Refunds: If a customer requests a refund, the seller is responsible for managing the product return and processing the refund to the customer. Return shipping costs may be covered by the seller, depending on the circumstances.

Keep in mind that good return management helps maintain your store’s reputation and customer trust.

Shipping

Sellers are responsible for managing the shipping of products to customers. This means you must ensure the product is delivered within a reasonable timeframe. At Bavelgo, we require shipping to be completed within 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs are covered by the seller, so we recommend selecting the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method.

It’s important to notify any shipping delays to maintain a positive buying experience for your customers.
